
I was just thinking as i reached for a snickers bar why do we set ourselves up for failure. i mean ya i guess we have the choice to not eat it, but depending on how you grew up- you were forced to eat anything and everything on your plate. and that in turn got implanted in your head that you have to scarf every thing which is not true at all. you should only eat till your not hungry anymore. plus the whole meat thing... when ever i talk to someone about maybe eating tofu they give me this scowl and say "I NEED PROTEIN" okay well... Tofu is- but u don't need to eat all that meat and have heart failure i mean PLEASE-- that's ridiculous... perhaps I'm just hoping for a more open minded person to talk to... haha
